I assume everyone is aware that I have own site up and running now. If you don't, then check it out here:
www.uponlinetraining.com
It is geared towards people much like yourselves, everyday people trying to get fit, strong and lean.
It is primarily an online service where I can develop training programs with and/or for you depending on your needs, requirements, equipment availability and abilities.
It will also serve as sort of blog / information reference for you where you can email me questions and I can answer them right there on the site. You can also suggest content too.
As a "launch" of sorts I am running the UPT Transformation Contest which is a 28 day program where I supply all training and diet information and all you have to do is the work and you can get great results.
5 people from this forum have already entered the program and I am now preparing their training and nutritional plans.
It is $160AUS for the full program which converts to $120US. In addition to this there is a referral deal encouraging you to refer a friend you get 25% off the starting cost so you could do it for $120AUS or $88.50US.
The program will be starting on the 18th or 25th of May so if you're interested then pop over to the site and email me your interest.
Payment plans will be available if you need them.
So with summer around the corner for most of you, this is the ideal time to put in the most solid 28 days of your life and get your body back.
So check out the site and contact me if interested.

Not to sound rude, but after revisiting your site, it appears something you've been posting on it, has slightly mucked up the layout, and something at the top appears to be showing up as a small box shape.
I tried the URL in Firefox too, and it happened there, so not an IE issue.
Though you ought to know, as such issues might put people off, and you've got a good thing there, but I'm not 100% certain what has caused the layout to get messed up.
Doesn't seem to have affected any of the menu links, which is a good thing.
