Avacado, cashews, Cauliflower, broccolli, rocket/spinach/watercrest, tomato, red/green pepper, carrots, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumber, brussel sprouts, sweetcorn, apple, banana.

cheers for the feedback, i was just making sure that nuts and avacado where fine (im only eating 1 handfull of nuts and 1 med. avacado a day)

thanks for clearing it up, coz i like avacado/cashews/nat. peanut butter n struggle to find any other healthy fats.
Sounds like you are doing great. Some other good choices are sweet potatoes, squash, berries and citrus fruits. I replace pasta many times with spaghetti squash. I make homemade French fries with butternut squash and I love a baked sweet potato topped with salsa or cottage cheese. Sweet potatoes and blueberries are considered by many to be super foods.
Shelly,

Baked sweet potatoe fries are absolute favorite as well as the spaghetti squash pasta! Just planted some blueberry bushes in garden...hopefully I'll get a great crop next year

Hi Boopster, I know I love them both. Sweet potatoes are so good for you. Blueberries also. Good luck with the blueberry bush. I just planted a small garden myself. Tomatoes, snow peas, spinach, strawberries, peppers, beans and onions. I am excited to see how it turns out.

Funny :) actually rabbit is probably a good lowfat protein source. I don't get too many rabbits but the funny thing is robins fly in and eat strawberries.

Yeah those are fine. They can contain a lot of calories though if you're not careful. You should check out complete list of healthy foods: http://www.bodycorestrength.com/healthy_foods.php

Most things seem to taste like Chicken. I have a relative with a naval background, who once claimed Anaconda Steaks tasted like Chicken.

I couldn't say otherwise so I took it as read.
