Will endeavour to put up pics with better lighting (and model!

I'm doing core work to combat lordosis (pronounced lumbar curve), but if I had started going to the gym a lot earlier than three weeks ago, I could possibly have prevented it.
I've technically been going to the gym for a month, but I was sick the other week with the flu & the gym was out of the question for health AND other peoples'. I train on a cardio & weights circuit 3 days a week and usually do yoga/pilates 1-2 days a week. I wasn't doing enough lower body stuff, but just did first targeted lower body workout this morning and it nearly killed me!!!

I'm not looking to attain perfection. Of course it'd be nice to see thighs without a skerrick of fat in the mirror.

Fitness & health is achievable without living on skinless chicken and salad even if the perfect body isn't - and being healthy and happy more important to me than a perfectly toned !
