I Do Alot Of Bicep Work Because i Want To Get Them Bigger And i Was Following What Chad Waterbury Said About Parameters Im Doing Total Of 24 Reps.
And i Dont Do Alot Of Tricep Work Because They Go To Faliure Easy.
And i Dont Do Chest Because i Dont Have A Bench And Press Ups Dont Work For Me.
And Goals Are To Build Size And Gain Some Weight.

excuses aren't good
1 - stop writing in capitals
2 - muscle groweth happens systemically, not locally so unlesss your going to increase overall muscle size, no specific area will get any bigger by themselves
3 - if you don't make them work then how they will learn to work harder for longer?
4 - try floor presses..and why don;t pudh ups work for you?

I agree with swanso. You're negletting too much and by doing this there is going to be an inbalance within your muscles. You'll be more prone for injury. The biceps twice a week doesnt bother me as much not doing tricep or chest. Throw in a Chest/tris split. Push-ups can be a great tool for building chest because there are many different positions you can do to attack all parts of the chest. And if your triceps go to failure easily, that should be motivation to work them. Best of luck!

your upside down....theyre a bitch.Laurie1 wrote:whats the difference between military press ups and normal press ups ?
how long were you doing pressups for before you gave up? unless your at the stage of benching more than 60% of your bodyweight then pushups are more beneficial to you.
why dont you buy a bench?
stop with the curls and go for chinups theyre much better.
you really need to work all muscle groups,if you dont, it wont only look weird but you will cause some serious muscle imbalances. if your familliar with chads stuff then you will know about his little "upper body push/pull squat/deadlift variation and single leg exercise" rule, wont you?
sounds familiar that...unless your at the stage of benching more than 60% of your bodyweight then pushups are more beneficial to you.
