I try and incorporate quorn products as much as possible in dinner meal. Not a fan of beans unfortunately. I also get a moderate amount of Legumes and tofu when we go for sushi. Usually about once a week.

What about fruits? What are the best fruits to bring for mid day snacks? Ive heard some fruits act as negative calories. Any truth to that?

You could incorporate other Protein substitutes in there like Mushrooms, Powdered Flax and Low Fat Cheese. Even some Protein Enriched Pasta or Rice sometimes especially Brown and Wild Rice.

Be aware though they all contain carbs, so adjust Carbs accordingly if you add them, and if you hae them with something like Soy or Fish per se, reduce the Fish or Soy a little so you don't over do the Protein, then add the extra Carbs in if needs be from things like Veggies, Tomatos, Cucumbers, Peppers etc etc.
