WOMEN WEIGHT TRAINING
Hi<, can anyone let me know what type of weight training is suitable for women. I am little oversize on , I want to lose fat on that areas, when I first jointed the gym, the trainer told me to build muscle, but then I need to pay him lots of money in order to get him to train me... I can't afford it. I browsse through website,, with the hope to get some advice for weight training for women. Thanks.

Weight training for women is especially important because it boosts our metabolism hence you retain less fat. Strong bones also helps fight osteoporosis which is a weakening of our bones that can lead to small compression fractures in our back and eventually we are more likely to fracture a bone.

You cannot "spot reduce" meaning focus on one area of your body to lose fat. Our bodies don't work that way. When you develop healthy habits, the turn around will be apparent all over. men and women should all the train by the same principles although the methods may vary
if you have little then you you obviously have some excess so you need to focus on building muscle and expending some energy while cleaning up your act on the eating front
