Skinless chicken breast covered in a drop of olive oil. I cook mine in a skillet. Seasoned with ground black pepper and cayenne pepper (I love spicy food).
It's a good snack when you're low on time or too lazy too cook anything else

Another staple in diet is canned tuna. I usually mix it with a little fat-free mayonnaise, black pepper, cayenne pepper (of course), a little lemon juice, relish, chopped celery or any other vegetable I have around the kitchen. I either eat it on a piece of wheat toast or use it as a dip for crackers (yum).
