Hi,
I'm doing an intense Splittet workout at the moment. I'm training every second day. One day Chest and Triceps, one day the fully back an biceps and on the third day legs and shoulders. So I know I have to give muscles some time to regenerate. So question is: Can I do Some Cardio or running al the day after training legs, or should I spare leg muscles.
I hope English isn't too bad, I'm from germany, so it isn't mother tounge.
