I tried some creatine a few days back prior to one of workouts and it made me feel sick and i had an upset stomach.. I took it like they said, 30 min. to 15 min before workout and it didnt agree very well..
But I've heard L-Glutamine was tasteless, dissolves in water, and its ground up real well sorta like flour or something, and that its a great, underrated product.. i wanted to hear what everyone thinks about L-Glutamine before I purchase it..

it's not the worse supplement on the market but unless your nutrition and training are already near perfect, you may be getting a little too far ahead of yourself
