With the low carbs diet when from 245 lbs to around 210, then started running of the afternoons after the job and doing some excersises that until around 1 month when got injured in right knee.
I never really liked the idea of going to the Gym for workout because I found it restricting. I use to play basketball and practice Kung Fu - The real deal, not competion type-, been 5' 6" it was really easy for me to dunk and take rebounds from bigger people, but everything stop after started to work and pay bills.
Anyway I couldn't stop now just because I didn't like going to the Gym, so I bite tongue and eat pride; If I want to get better I have to do it this way.
Started the Gym on 04-21-2009 with 177 lbs and by today 04-24-2009 got down to 173.5 (that is with cloths on) what is great because I did not expect to lose anything in this first week mostly because I'm doing it gradually, I know don't have the stamina or strengh of good year so i'm going it with low weights hi reps (3 or 4 sets of 15 reps) for the next 2 weeks and then start adding weight slowly, also after those 2 weeks will start with the cardio after knee fully recover.
