Hi everyone,
question is how many times a week should I do cardio?
I workout 3-5 times per week and I usually run 1-2 per week, 15 to 30 min a session.
Should I be doing cardio more often and should I be doing it longer then 15-30 min.

depends on goals
if trying to get to a cetain fitness level than probably 3 - 4 would be optimal but if just for fat loss i would start at 2/week...before adding more cardio make sure that food is perfect or you'll likely use muscle for fuel...if food is perfect and it's not quite enough then add a 3rd session

I am not looking to lose weight, I am just trying to make sure that I am doing all the right things ( weight lifting, proper diet and finding the right amount of cardio).
I was worried that if I do cardio more then 2-3 times a week I might start to lose weight and I am not up for that.
