So today's WOD was to complete as many in the 20 minutes:
12 Med Ball (I used #12 med ball)
12 Kettle ball Swings (I used #15 KB)
12 box jumps (I used 5 steps)
Today was the first time I did this workout so I don't have anything to compare it with. I was able to do 9 rounds. As usual it's a pretty brutal workout....I love crossfit!
Unfortunately today is BF's splurge day. More than likely we'll have sushi. Gotta go get ready for the movies. We have to go early since I have to work tomorrow.

Day 15
Today's WOD:
For time: 50x, 40x, 30x, 20x, 10x of each
Back Extension, Wall Ball, Box jumps
So it's basically 5 rounds with the first round 50 reps, then the second 40 reps, etc....
I used #15 bar for the back extensions; #6 for wall ball (I know, weak yeah?), then 5 steps for box jumps
This is the first time I did this workout, time: 20:09
I wasn't planning to go to the gym today but as soon as I got home, I decided to go. I'm taking advantage of all this energy I've been having. I have to say the Zone has a lot to do with it. Besides I'm off again tomorrow.
Weight: 100.2
I was not able to note cal intake....

Day 16...No place whiners.....= ) 20April09

400 meter run, 10 push ups, 20 pullups, 30 squats
time: 21:13
I actually improved. So what I'm trying to say is I actually set a PR today...wohoo! Previous time: 22:24 done on 15Apr. Wow I took off a minute and eleven seconds.
Cal: 1650
Weight: 99.8

Another PR, last time I used #12 kettle ball and #15 bar.
The last time I did this was 8Apr with time of 20:04, using #15 kettle ball, #15 bar.
I'm getting too lazy to input calories....I feel like I'll be fine as long as I stay in the Zone diet.
Current weight: 99!!!!
