I've been lifting for almost 3 months now. left arm has always been weaker than right, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
Today I was doing bicep curls, and had to go down a dumbbell size because left arm just couldn't keep up with right. Same with tricep extensions.
I hate not working right as hard because left can't keep up.
Should I focus on extra sets on just left after regular workout? So longer/more sets on the same day? Or should I work the left on more days (like take 10 minutes at end of cardio day to do some left arm weights)?
Thanks!
Left side weaker than right side

everyone has a stronger limb but it depends what the difference btw them as to what to do for them...if it is a lot then it is probably a chiropractic issue where your have a blocked nerve so that the messages from the brain (i.e. to contract) aren't getting through so you may need a spinal adjustment there
if it isn;t too bad and only a couple of reps different then do db and/or 1 arm cable stuff and doing the weak side first only doing what the weak arm can do for the strong arm
if it's in the middle then decrease vol (sets and reps) for strong arm a little and increase vol for weak arm a little so you might do 4 sets for weaky and 3 sets for strongy or something along those lines
