how much weight am i losing?
treadmill for 30 mins 15 mins on the bike, 15 to 20 lift of 10 lbs dumbbells. i also use the lat pull down machine. i do this everyday afternoon. im sticking on less than 1800 calories diet. will i lose weight this way or should i do more? also, what's the proper diet for me? i'm 20 yrs old and 169 pounds
