By the way posts about getting a 6pack keep on popping up and almost every single one of them has some success story or advice about running to get a 6pack, why and is runnning a great way to get a 6pack?

cardio burns fat, the less fat you have, the more revealed your abs are.

jd maybe you need to do less reps to actually make the muscles bigger like you would any other muscle with 10 reps or so...use wted vversions of crunches or variations that are very hard and only allow 10 or so reps

That makes sense since i now do a lot of reps for abs and they are incredibly strong (compared to other ppl i have seen) and i have some definition, so maybe that's the problem... But i think the real problem i'm having is with that thin layer of fat or skin i really don't have a clue which it is, that's covering abs, and teh worst part about this is that i can't lose any more fat until i gain some muscle so i don't have a clue how to get rid of that skin/fat....

Obviously if your eating right, and your abs are strong
and you need to burn off that last bit of fat

Work a bit harder, the more cals u burn the more fat u lose

it wont just go away, you have to work for everything

I mean i have about 12% body fat
and im aiming to have as small as possible, but i know i cant get rid of it unless i put solid work in and burn it off

im sorry there isnt a magic potion that makes it go away, i really wish i had one for ya i really do (cos id drink the whole bloody bottle myself)
but its called being human and its a bloody pain

Sorryif that was a little confusing, i meant to say that i don't want to lose any more fat until i gain some muscle because i already looked very very thin although bf% was normal (guessing, i'm not sure what it was then) so i didn't want to lose more fat and look even smaller before i gained muscle...
I now know that what i have to do is build the muscle, so i'm working on that by doing exercises that only allow 10-15reps...
And i know it takes very hard work i've been wrking out for a while now...
