I have heard to burn fat the most your heart rate should be at 75% , if it reaches 85% you are not buring fat but just doing cardiovascular benefits. Is this true, becuase when I run heart rate is at 85% or higher, what is the best for burning fat?
also to find it out is it 220 - age ?

Fat burning happens at both intensities. The percentage of fat burning is higher at lower intensities and carbohydrate burning is greater at higher intensities.
