Is doing 1 eight-ten minute HIIT workout a day enough to lose body fat or should I still incorporate 30 minute hill workout?
I also am reducing calories by 500.
Any help would be appreciated

Breakfast is either plain oatmeal or a protein shake
Fruit for snack
Lunch is a salad with either chicken or tuna and balsamic vinegar
Cottage cheese for a snack
Dinner is some kind of meat/fish with brown rice and vegetables
In the morning I do HIIT workout, some strength training at night
the next day I dont do the HIIT int he morning I do it at night and then the next morning and then keep on repeating the cycle. So I do it everyday but at different times, and weights every other day.
