Just curious how many of the guys helping out on here are official personal trainers rather than knowledgable guys who just workout alot? I'm doing the Can Fit Pro course(Canada's course to becoe a certified trainer) right now its 4 days of class over 2 weekends 9 to 5 with a written and a practical exam at later dates. Learning some rpetty interesting stuff especially dynamic core and leg work outs. Anyone else done this specific course?
i'm in oz so ou rset up is different but i'm qualified pt but i learnt maybe 55 of all i know fitness wise in the 2 courses i didi and learnt the rest myself
