Technically isn't there protein in the milk with cerial?

Yes, there is about 8 grams of protein per cup of milk. When I have cereal in the morning I use a scoop of protein powder with water instead of using milk. This cuts back on sugar (lactose) and adds in extra protein. You could do something like that.

Baseballkid,

i played ball as well, and was exactly where you were at your age. I think the Joker has right idea about the "what" to put in, but i disagree with the high frequency of meals. Instead, take his meals and combine two at a time for ONE meal. This way you arent training your metabolism to burn like a wild engine. You absolutely need to eat at night, and increase your caloric intake. feel free to email me about the exact details of what you are doing beyond this post. I like your enthusiasm.

I've made feelings known about big infrequent meal theories, so I won't do it again here. Needless to say I would strongly disagree, but politely.
