Hi. Im trying to gain weight and im working out 6 days a week. personal trainer told me to make some cardio to burn fat and calories. He suggested making high intense cardios after workouts and a low intense cardio in free day. But I need to gain weight so should I do low intense exercises in free day like walking or jogging(it is said that the calories of fat burned in low intense exercises) or make an interval exercise mixed with running jogging walking sprint etc.
Thanks.

You only really need 2-3 30 minutes sessions of something like Interval as an example.
Definitely on days when you train, do your cardio afterwards, but if you have days when you don't weight train, do it then, and don't exceed at the very most 6 days of workouts a week, preferably 5, to help you recover and not overtrain.
