Ok I need a little help for new work-out that I'm making for myself. I have tried in the past 3 months 4 different work-outs and didnt like them. they tend to start to build more muscle the toning it  I have now switched to high reps and lower weights but I dont feel like Im doing enough now.

question is to all you guy and you give me ideas for exercises that work 2 to 3 different muscle groups at one time

again thanks for your help :D

Hi there,

If I were you I would keep up with lower reps and higher weight and give it a while. The lower weights and higher reps will really do nothing for you for in terms of fat loss. Toning is simply losing the body fat so your muscles look more defined. The key to fat loss is diet and exercise. By lifting heavy you are building muscle, thus speeding up your metabolism which helps you to naturally burn more calories throughout the day.

In addition to the heavy weights remember to also get some intense cardio into your workout 2-3 times a week.

As for exercises that work 2-3 different muscle groups, sounds like you're looking for compound exercises. Shoot for things like pushups, bench press, pull ups, rows, squats, deadlifts, lunges, and dips.
