digestive enzyme

What are your toughs on them ?

A better digestion would mean better absorption of all the nutriment and a better feeling for when I'm stuffed. Does it worth the buck (they are not really expansive tough) or it is just another thing that the body can handle himself ?

Might be worth it, but it's one of those things, you'd have to try it and see.

Some people including fairly hardcore weightlifters use them, but they effects would almost certainly vary from person to person, so I can't say adequately how thye'd work for you.

However incase you might be taking too much of them when you try them, use a half dose if you try them, and I'm not saying you should or have to.

I say half dose, incase the reccomended dose is too high. Some companies state doses on certain supplements that are safe, but exceed the point at which maximum effect / benefit will be obtained. A little ploy to get you buying more.

If you find there might be additional benefit from taking a bit more than half, then do that, and see, but if nothing happened scale back down again.

Frankly I would neither endorse nor dissuade people from taking this sort of thing. I can see merit, but not enough to say yeah, definitely should.

It's up to you ultimately.
