hi all. im new to this site and wondering if anyone could help me.
i weigh 125 and im not looking to lose weight but i do need to lose excess fat and tone up but after years of poor diet habits im clueless about nutrition and exersize. can anybody tell me a good meal plan (in simple terms and with examples) and what exersizes i should be doing. Thanks!!

thnks i was jus hoping for something abit more specific im not really up to it with the whole protein/carbs thing..

Out of interest, what don't you get with Protein and Carbs?
