Hi,
i am an 18 years old guy. i have a lean body but i want to make it wider
so plz suggest me the exercise to get wider chest, shoulders, biceps, forearms and wrist.
Hoping for an early and postive reply.

chest-bench press flat/incline/decline, dips
back-rows, widegrip pullups
shoulders-clean and press,military press
biceps-chinups
forearms-reverse curls,narrow grip pullups(theyre almost all genetics though)

oh almost forgot, your doing legs too right?
squats,deadlifts,lunges,stepups. dont skip the legs.

try some ywllow snow today and get back to me with what you think it may be
