exercise schedule

Post by a.hritani »

hi all ... :D

allow me to introduce myself ... :)
i'm 24 years old from Syria i'm in second year of alep university studying info sys 8)

this is first post here and like everybody else i would like to make the most out of excercise so i have a query for the experts here :?:

i want to have a model body and that is what i'm aiming for :!:
now i'm 189 c.m long and 77 k.g weight

i'm back to gym a week ago  after two month of discontinuation :( but before that i worked out for six month continuously and i had a satisfying results :o

work out schedule was like this:

mon: chest (upper, middle and lower)
tue: biceps & back (armpit)
wed: shoulders (front and middle) & triceps
thu: chest (upper, middle and lower)
sat: biceps & abs
sun: shoulders (rear and middle) & triceps

now i used to do high weights and low repeats

maxs was like this:

chest: 90 k.g barbell
35 k.g dumbbell

biceps: 40 k.g barbell
15 k.g dumbbell

triceps: 10 k.g barbell
15 k.g dumbbell

shoulders: 30 k.g barbell
35 k.g dumbbell

i read it's better if you work out a sigle group of muscles each day  so that's what i'm gonna do now ...

mon: cheast
tue: triceps
wed: back
thu: aerobics
sat: shoulders
sun: biceps

:?:

is it okay to make make five different groups of sets for the same muscles on the same day or it's going to be too much!
for instance...
for shoulders day is it okay to work out like this:
3 sets front (mass) barbell military presses
3 sets rear (mass) barbell military presses
3 sets middle(mass) palms in dumbbell presses
3 sets front (shaping) front two dumbbell raises
3 sets middle (shaping) one arm side laterals

is it too much for one day ?

thank you in advanced for your help

your light for your height so i'd have you put on some mass using a 3 day a week full body program using compound multi joint exercises only...once bulk has been added then i would have you go to a 2 day, 4 a week lower/upper body split...unless your basically on drugs that program your using is too much and you haven't even done legs yet but you have to different chest and shoulder days!! if you want a program we can make one up
