MA could help potentially as it's utilising Fast Twitch Fibres, and some of it may be resistance based I would assume.

I'd suggest something long these lines.

Day 1. Total body training

Day 2. M A

Day 3. Day Off

Day 4. Total body training

Day 5. M A

Day 6. Day off

Day 7. Day off, but might benefit if possible, from a Brisk 30 minute walk, just to induce a Metabolic rise, incase you pack a little chub on for two off days straight. That should nip it in the bud mainly.

This schedule might be a possible way forward.

I'm bodybuilding 6 days a week (sundays gym is closed) and I go Martial arts every saturday, Aswell as Gym.

What I do is try to cut down on reps and sets on the day I have martial arts, So I don't damage muscles as much.
