So I wasn't going to post this, but I want help. Please let me know what I can do!
You can find the picture of me in profile. It was taken about three weeks ago

As you can see stomach area is large and chest arms are small. I don't have leg or back pictures right now but I will take them soon. I weigh 185 and I want to trim down and add muscle. [/img]

Hi there,

What are you currently doing for diet and exercise? In order to lose that weight and build up your mucles you need to hit the weights and HIIT and adopt a healthy diet. Post what you're currently doing and we can suggest some changes that will help you meet your goals.

Cassie :)

Thanks for the reply, Here's meal and workout routine.

Meal One - Fruit
Meal Two - Protein Oatmeal w/ raisins and honey
Workout Routine followed by protein shake
Meal Three - 1/2 Chicken Bread Sandwich with tomato, cucumber, spinach, and some ricotta cheese.
Meal Four - 1/2 cup almonds and peanuts
Meal Five - 1/2 Chicken Sandwich same as above
Meal Six - Grilled Chicken Breast or Seafood w veggies
Meal Seven - Fresh spinach, tomatoe, cucumber, with oil and vinegar

I workout for about an hour compound workouts Monday Wednesday and Friday. I do cardio Tuesday Thursday and Saturday with Sunday totally off.

For working out I have been trying to do compound workouts, or full body workout. Had some problems with timing everything and ran out of time. So for next week I want to do full body but maybe one exercise per body part each workout day. For cardio I do Jump rope, running, and putting on a dance cd and just going at it.

Let me know what you think and how I should arrange things to see results. And thanks so much!!

food isn't far off...go to diet section and read "read before posting"..." for a guide to food selections, timing and portions
- for training do the waterbury method with sopme intervals 2/week and you're set
