Trainer?

Post by aboa »

I have been thinking of getting a personal trainer for the month i plan on losing weight, the trainers i am interested in also teacher kick boxing or other fighting styles which i would love to do. so what i am wondering is it even worth getting a personal trainer or should i just attend a full class for kick boxing and work on the other stuff by myself?

I think it depends on your level of experience with weight training. If youre just getting started with a weight routine it might be a good idea to invest in a personal trainer to get you started and make sure youre doing the lifts properly. With that said, you don't necessarily need to invest in a trainer. You could always just ask questions on here and look up the exercises on u-tube or another site to figure out how to do them properly. If youre interested in a workout there are lots of very educated members on this site that would probably be happy to set you up on a workout plan... for free!

Hope this helps!
