I don't get notified when someone responds to a post. I'm not sure in box is working - can't reply (looking at the original Shapefit message)

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying you want to recieve updates into your personal e-mail box, because if that's the case, you might have issues with e-mail settings, or perhaps you have things like cookie blockers on your computer for example, or you have quite aggressive spam filters.
If you use a provider which uses a numbering system to rate spam e-mails, you should be able to change the minimum rating, that will trigger a block or bounceout.
So if your system is currently set to block anything, rating 6 or higher for example, you might possibly correct the problem, increasing the settings if you're able to say 9 or 10, so only e-mails rating 10 or 11+ would be bounced or blocked.
I'm not sure if you can actually get updates into a Shapefit message system, as I've never really checked that out, but if that's what you are referring to, I'll consult with Admin so that he'll let Tech know, otherwise updates to your personal e-mail, will almost certainly not be a problem originating from Shapefit, unless there were many users saying what you're saying.

There are three boxes that can be checked below where you post messages. One of them says "Notify me when a reply is posted" - I assumed notification would be in in box, or whatever it's called on shapefit. If not, where would the notification be sent?
Also, when I send a personal message to someone who has posted a reply, I'm not sure that person has received it as I've not gotten any replies...one was to you. I checked messages, the place where welcome to shapefit message was sent, and it does not appear I have the option of replying. Hopefully I've explained it better.

:):)Likelihood is, the reply notification will be sent to your personal e-mail. I haven't selected that option, so I'm not 100% sure, but I would think so, as it's a typical notification method from most bulletin boards or website messaging systems of type.
With regards to the inbox issues when you send PM's to people, I suggest you message Admin about it from your friends list, as he will be able to inform the Tech people to have a look, and you can then explain to him in much detail, what is happening when you use Shapefit PM.
