goal is to reduce weight from 240 to 180. I am eating healthy and limiting carbs to no more than 100 grams per day. I am also exercising daily.
question is this...how many grams of good fat should I limit diet to each day? I'm monitoring daily intakes and this information would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

1 - your starting calories intake should be about 12 x bw in pds so 12 x 240 = 2882
2 - of your 2882, start at 1g of protein per pd of bw = 240g/day or 1680cals
3 - start carbs at 150g day i'd say or 600cals (2280 total cal's so far)
4 - now simply make up the rest of your cal's with healthy fats which is 602cals or 67g
now every 2 weeks decrease carbs slightly and add those cal's back by increasing fats/protein evenly each
