weight gain

Post by cameron1 »

I'm generally new to muscle building and i'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice on weight gain. I'm currently 125 trying to get to 135 or 140. I usually do an hour or so workout at home after school (mostly upper body with resistance bands). If anyone can give me some advice i'd really appreciate it.

resistance bands are good for strength, but maybe not so much for muscle, id recommend pushups and situps if u have no access to a gym, otherwise join one

i'm not a proffesional so i can't really help you with finding a routine etc. but i can say one thing from personla experience. Don't focus on one (or more) bodyparts and leave the rest behind!!! I guarantee you'll regret it later on, which is what happened to me since i trained upper abs but iw as too lazyy to do another lower ab exercise+it took a long time so now i have huge uppewr abs (with definition) and much smaller lower abs so i have a huge 2pack on the top and nothing on teh bottom. So i'm telling you, train your whole body or you'll regret it!!
