- deads should be first in any session
- upright rows will kill your shoulders, ecspecially weith lateral raises too
- not sure if you need calf raises
- no lunges????

i posted this a while ago but here's it again quickly

each session to include deads or squat variation, row variation, core stabilisation or anti rotation exercise, a single leg exercise and a chin/pull up movement

there's 5 already

for the rest (bench press or push up, shoulder press, arms, extra core work etc) pop them into the other days but you shouldn't really need them all on all 3 days

i'd do 2 bench/push up days, 1 shoulder day (the day bench presses aren't on) and arms on 2 day which can be split up over 3 days for each if you want

something like this:

1 - deads...row/bench...chin ups/shoulder press...single leg/core

2 - pull ups / shoulder press...row / single leg...core/tri

3 - squats...row/db bench...secondary upper back / single leg...core/bi

i think that covered all of them

alright great THANKS!
to make sure tho...
when you say "dead...row" do you mean like an A1-A2 pairing?
and also when you say row, do you mean a variation of rows??
AND last but not least when you say single leg, do you mean something like a seated leg curl? leg ext? or something like lunges?
OOHH and one MORE thing I PROMISE! :D I notice that you only put on number 2 1 tri exercise, I love tri and the results im gettin soo would workin them just once a week affect it? I mean I know that shoulder presses also work the tri but im just wondering...??
but anyway I think thats it
thanx :D

- deads by themselves...row/bench as a pairing
- lunges, step ups, single leg deadlifts etc
- as long as it doesnlt replace anything else...it'll be better if you train tri's a little each session then 1 each week
