Hey Swans...be aware that there are some vegetarians around (well, I do eat seafood), so if you make diet plans, please allow for some options!

ewww before pictures?! Well I guess you can't cheat a photo unless you're a photoshop geek. We could measure how much better we look in the "before and afters" rather then inches because some of us have more to lose than others.

Well I'm going on vacation for a week soon so I guess this will give me an excuse to eat all kinds of junk for 7 days and then then kick it up when I get back and start the program. Can't wait to try something new :D

im with whoever said the worlds biggest gainer contest lol.

ive lost so much weight from recent surgery. the problem now isnt weight....its the muscle...its all pretty much dead and im not sure if it will bounce back (bc i did weekly workouts for a good 6 months before this all happened and over 1 year or so of good activity) but im almost done with the meds and staples come out soon (hoping this week) and plan to amp up on the workouts.

not sure how i should go about it? push it or start out like ive never worked out before? how personalized are you willing to go? :) its not weight to loose for me but muscle gain. could i still participate? :)

Join us for the fun of it Hope! That's what Katie and I are doing  But please don't push yourself if your not ready after your surgery. Consult your physician and see what your limitations are and just do what you can. We'd love to have you on board!

I'm kinda new to this forum but i'm always in for a challenge. I guess this could be good for me so i'm in if you do the contest. I don't have much weight to lose but it sticks! When does it start?

i'll post some details by the end of this week anyway here or there so we can get organised

with all the time i'll have to put into it there will be a cost too so it'll be interesting to see who continues but i'll do it regardless of how many people do it
