Waterbury Method

Post by rawkinaces7 »

So, Im 19, 157 pounds, 5'6'' Planning to do the waterbury method.

I was just wondering, if i do this routine for 4 weeks, will i gain alot of muscle mass?

because i only want to gain just a suitable amount of muscle mass on body and tone up... i don't really want to be bulky since im just 5'6.. i want body to be proportion to height.

So will this routine be good for me? Thanks.

You will look like you're suppose to don't worry about it.

Could someone help me understand this method. I have been unsing body for life workout routines but this method seems to be better. I looked it up but I feel confused on what to do as far as organizing a good routine? :?:
