Lets Talk Compression

Post by kimgohan »

There were an article features on Men's Magazine long time ago about Compression Clothing. It states using this type of clothing will help your muscle to recover during excercises/training.

Now, lets talk compression. We all know that tight pants is a compression type of clothing and we usually sees them wear on Cardio Room. Anybody here tried using a Compression Shirt (short or long sleeves) It's eighter under a loose shirt on Free Weights Room. I know it will look like geeky or superhero type, but let's give us a try to discuss it.

Any comments, suggestion, opinion and testimonials will be highly appreciated.

i trained a bloke who wore nothing but compression, top to bottom

if that's your biggest worry then your diet must be perfect and have the perfect training program

apart from that i dont really know much about them

Not sure if he's posisbly referring to Weight Vests as an example.

In which case I've heard they're very restrictive, and possibly not great if your really fill them out, as they might restrict Chest Pumps or something like that.

Not 100% au fai with W V's to be honest.
