hi guys
im eating every 2-3 hours, no junk food, no soft drinks.. and expecting to see a 6pack soon
what should I eat after 5 PM?

That depends on what you ate during the day and what your needs are.

basically protein, veg, salad and healthy fats in general though

What you should eat after 5pm depends on a lot of factors. The typical recommendation is to eat lower glycemic carbs with protein later in the day. When do you work oout?
