Yes, I'm saying stick to one a day, so your daily consumption of certain Vitamins, Minerals and other things, that are in the Multivit, don't get too high.
Some people take Vitamins, when they don't need too, and some can help, but not in large amounts.
A Multivit, should only be needed once a day, to boost any low intake of beneficial Vitamins and Minerals.

Animal Pak contains more than vitamins. It has amino acids, enzymes to aid in digestion, Essential fatty acids, and performance optimizers such as ginseng. I take Animal Pak, but I take half the recommended dose. I am on a very strenuous muscle building program right now. I take half the dose because the vitamin amounts are over board, in opinion.

Can't tell you that. Some Vitamins / Minerals have possible side effects, Vitamin K being one when overconsumed.
The possible risk from any such Vitamins / Minerals, in connection to overconsupmtion, would depend on your dietry intake.
Some could take one Animal Pak and be fine, others may only need to take half.
There may be other possible things to consider, like some of the content in Animal Pak, competing with certain nutrients in your Food intake, e.g things like Magensium / Calcium, which I believe but might be wrong, need about 30-60 minutes space between each, to avoid competing.
That said, try a half like Sarah does. I think you'll only need that at the minute, and take the half first thing, to help boost your Metabolic wake up, and so you're more likely to have consistant daily consumption of it, instead of say having it with a Lunch or Dinner.
You'll more than likely better train your memory, to have the half first thing, than trying to remember at 12PM or 6PM say.

Universal's Animal Pak is a pack of assorted vitamins...11 pills to be exact. The recommended dosage is 2 of these packs...not necessary. It would be hard to take half a pack since all the pills are different. You could break all the pills in half
but that would be a hassle.
opinion on the product...You say you are looking for a multivitamin to help any deficiencies in your diet. If so, this product is not for you. This product is geared towards serious weight lifters as it has a ton of essential vitamins in addition to energy boosting vitamins, amino acids, and "performance enhancers." You do not need all of these things if you are the average person or if you just lift to stay in shape.
Taking a product like this the wrong way could cause possibly cause health issues. Like Bossman said, some vitamins build up in your system and can become toxic at high levels. You need to drink tons of water to cleanse your system from excess vitamins and minerals in your body.
For a regular daily vitamin, take something like GNC's Megamen (only half dose needed), or something like One a Day's vitamins.

Some things compete as well like Zinc and Copper, if you have too much.
Thanks for clarifying the thing about the packs of A P, as I'm not sure if they're sold in Britain and I wasn't 100% certain about the way they're sold / packaged.
It should be clarified though, a lot of excessive Micronutrient disorders like Wilsons Disease, (Copper), and Selenosis, (Selenium), do require about 8-10 times the RDA anyway, so it's not easy to over do it.
