Through off-season of american football (receiver), I have surpassed goal of weight by 2 lbs. As of now, I'm 188 lbs. Yet there's a good chunk of off-season left. I have access to plyometrics and HIIT stuff, but I'd like to continue in the weight room.
So question is how do I continue getting stronger, without gaining weight? Might there's a diet of some sort? Help would be appreciated.

do you have to maintain wt? a couple of extra pds of muscle will only do you good i would think
either way you can easily get stronger while maontaining bw through lowsh type volume and/or maintenence cal's...i would lower the volume a little first but that being said a 2pd increase isn't much so you could very easily contuinue on with what your doing
