Can I do HIIT for cardio days while being on the Waterbury program?
So this is 2nd month on Waterbury but I'm wondering if it's OK to do HIIT on cardio days instead of the suggest 20 min jog.
Cardio is tues, thurs, sat
Weights are mon, wed, fri
I eat 5-6 x a day and get plenty of rest. Will body recover for weight sessions the next day? Or is this too much. I also noticed that I kinda got a little big, not weight wise but appearance wise. chest is crazy big because of this program. I want to lose love handles! Should I keep going or do am I on the wrong track?

Don't get me wrong, I like this appearance thing. I feel stronger and on the plus side I see some definition already
. But maybe I can optimize workout better to lose the fat?
