Ankles

I got finished running an hour ago and ankles were really bothering me whenever I would stretch them out. I stretch and walk before and after I run so is it possible that I may have done something to them? There is barely any pain whatsoever now in ankles when they stretch them but should I probably buy some knew shoes or ankles braces or something for when I run?

Possible. You may possibly have caused some degree of Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, but whatever you do after the workouts, might be relieving the pressure on the Medial Nerve, because you might not be getting really bad compression on it, therefore your attempts to get rid of the problem work.

Though I don't know precisely if T T S, can happen in varying degrees or not, but it sounds like the possibility right now.

Other than that, it might be a shoe thing, possibly the wrong kind, or you need Orthotics, as some shoes work better for people with a Supinated running style, some for Pronated, some for a regular style.

Yeah well the pain is only there now if I stretch ankle as far as possible. It's now an hour and forty-five minutes after running.

pop ankle mobiloity in youtube and do the mike boyle video's and see how it goes

When I stretch right ankle, the one bothering me, I can feel that it's difficult to stretch, when I stretch left it's fine.
