ok, everyone. i am new to this forum, but read around to see if i would like it or not before i signed up and it seems to be filled with some pretty intelligent posters. let me list attributes and then goals, then questions:
Age: 15 (July 24th)
Height: 5'2" (gotta measure with shoes!)
weight: 90.5 LBS (measured in today)
goals:
1. looking to gain weight- 135 is goal by the end of summer. yes this is a pretty big reach, but i am still growing, so i am thinking i will gain about 5-7 inches per inch i grow, and then me working on getting the rest of the weight myself.
2. get taller. i have heard that you can do things to get taller...also heard the opposite. so if there are any ways for me to get taller, please help me. i would love to be 5'8"...although the doctor told me i should be around 5'6".
3. play football. i am a sophomore and have no shot at playing football. i am pretty good, because i used to play and i am pretty quick, but i am way too small. i would like to be able to play as a senior and somehow get a scholarship. so i am not only going to need tips on how to get bigger (both height and weight) but i am going to need some tips on how to get faster, quicker, jump higher, etc...
please help with tips. what should i be doing each day? i already play basketball every day for fun outside and i go to P.E every Mon, Wed, and Fri. so i am pretty active. i just need more tips!
