I'm a newbie here so I hope that someone will be able to advise me .
I've been a regular gym bunny for 10 years now ..Will be the big 30 in a few months but butt is like a 40yr olds !

I've done squats , lunges , leg curls ..hip extensions the lot ! Nothing has worked .. I 've started running on 3-5% incline on the treadmill .Have been told I've very slow twitch muscles ? Tried Pilates ..kind helping but not enough...
I'm not over weight at only 55 KG I'm 5'7 so that's okay I've a small frame . In fact it's chest too ..going way south very rapidly !
So what exercises for saggy boobs and butt ...will work ??
Should cardio be different ?
Please help ... Before Hubby trades me in for a newer perkier model ?
