Thanks all :)

delivery of furniture and appliances and electronics with a contract delivery company that deliver for Sears, Future Shop, Best Buy and Mabe. Did 40 hours between thurs and Saturday and did both bouncer shifts at the bar also. 50 hours in about 78 hours. Ouch!!!

Best back, leg, shoulder and arm workout you could ever want! LOL.

Back to work at 10am on Tuesday. Ho Hum, Haven't seen a gym in 10 days and need some cardio, weights I've been doing, lol.

Cheers

Still no time or energy for the gym. Muscular endurance is improving with the job (4-500lb fridges btwn 2 guys is alot of weight to get into homes with over and over again). Could use some cardio work but energy is the problem, and time.

Starting to lift dryers onto the 5 tonne truck by myself so that's off the ground with the bottom going as high as chest. Not to bad for a workout, lol.

Ah well, someday I'll get back to real weights.

Cheers

waaaaa, I miss real weights!

Still Delivering other's appliances and stuff. I'm sore all the time but not as bad as it was in the beginning. Unfortunately hand food and more coffee have killed the diet, no time or excess energy has made it difficult to keep even the diet up to where it was. Do you know how hard it is to eat a salad between stops, while doing paperwork and route planning. Not to mention crappy suspension in the 5 tonne.

GRRRRR......

Oh well, maybe someone will make me a cake tomorrow and hold the candles due to breaking firecode regulations, lol.

I hope everyone is doing well and succeeding in their endevours.
Cheers
