Hi m a 18 year old guy weight is 57 kgs. m a lean guy so plz suggest me the workout plan i should follow in order to become big and muscular.
body stats are as follows
height - 6"1
weight - 57 kgs
Chest - 34
biceps - 10
waist - 30
shoulders - 41
plz suggest me the workout plan as early as possible also tell me how should i do the weight training i.e less weight more reps or more weight less reps.
Hoping for an early and positive reply also i want to add that the everycut on body is visible but it is lean and not bulky
