sweet tooth!

hi there just wondering if anyone has any recipes or tips for desserts? diet is in pretty good order but i really enjoy something sweet in the evening. i would like a sweet tasting-but healthy-dessert. anyone any good recipes?

No sweets. Once or twice a week starting off, then once a week, then only rare occasions (birthdays etc).

I'm not sure toothpaste could be classed as sweet :wink:.

You might be able to get Sugar free Chocolate perhaps, or low sugar, in which case, try melting some, and mixing it into a small portion of Yoghurt. Could add a small dribble of Honey, (and I mean dribble, not vast flowing rivers from a Tablespoon), and maybe a few Crushed Oats or Nuts, and see how that goes.

it can trick the body into thinking it had something sweet though

I agree. I use this technique all the time. Another plus is good oral hygiene. :D
