workouts

Post by HoustonTexan »

I'm really losing focus on weight training. I don't really care about looks anymore I just want to be healthy and have a lot of stamina. I do cardio monday through friday and I take the weekends off. For weight training I just bought a set of 24kg kettlebells and I was going to do this as a workout.

How often should I do that? Like, what days?

you'll probably need to work up to it i'd say...if you havenlt done them before they may take some getting used to technique and feel wise

Yeah I wasn't able to hit every single rep but I went as hard as I could. Should I do it for instance MWF?

i wouldn't

i also wouldn't do a KB exclusive workout either, they are best used to complment heavy bb work for mine, not that i've ever used them

so i'd stick with deads, squats, chins etc and pop this in for some conditioning/cardio stuff at the end

nate green has an article on incorporating kb's into training on t-nation...find that
