Post by rawkinaces7 »

Every time i work out i would always do a 30 min cardio. Over all i spend 3 hours at the gym. Can anyone give me some pointers or tell me what they think about work out?

no, no, no

far, far, far too much

1 - search the waterbury method

2 - go to diet section and read "read before posting..."
