need a routine please!
hi there name is lynda and im 20 years old. im about 5"1 and around 134lbs. goal is to lose roughly 14lbs in the coming months. could anyone give me a good programme to follow? i have no prior experience with exercise or weightlifting. diet is pretty good (ive read up on the sticky in diet section, and based food on that information.) i have accsess to a weight bench, barbell and dumbbells and also a stationary bike. thanks.
