The Fat Skinny Guy

I'm new to working out and I have made a determined goal to reach by July 7th of this year, with another goal by the end of the year, working to a goal for 30th birthday next year. I have been all over reading different books looking at youtube video's and I seem stuck. Some people give me advice and then others give me totally different advice. Today is monday the start of second week of really working out, but I want to make sure to do the right thing. I have been categorized the skinny fat guy, why? Because I have skinny arms and legs, and a gut around stomach. goal is to lose the gut and define abdominal muscles, but I would also like to define the rest of body as well. I want to Increase in the Chest, Arms, and legs areas with a good solid core. Here is the schedule I wrote for this week:

Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - Lower Body
Wednesday - Light Cardio 20 minutes
Thursday - Upper Body
Friday - Lower Body
Saturday - Running
Sunday - Running

I drink a protein shake before bed and when I wake up in the morning. I also follow workout with a creatine drink. I have a good diet I follow with veggies, fruits, chicken, and fish. home gym is not too impressive, I live in a small studio and only have room for a few equipments. I have an exercise ball, two sets of dumbbells, kettle balls, the perfect pushup, and ab strap, jump rope, and the extension ropes for the doors. If there are any suggestions as to what I can do or if I need to change anything up, PLEASE HELP!
