I notised these days in full of cellulate! Please tell me whats is ur trick to remove it from legs and stomach also! Any creams, massage, dieting... :roll: I'm ready do all just to disappere!Please help me with ur expirience! :wink:

there's no such thing as cellulite...basically you either have smooth and toned muscle underneath the skin or bumpy uneven fat and that is what gives the appearence of it...so if you have it then we need hard exercise and a clean diet

Thanks for the reply. Any idea for what kind of diets help on this? Also what exercise is good for it? :)

Weights 3-4 times a week. Cardio 2-3 times a week. Workouts 5 times a week. Diet, moderate protein, Carbs, and some Good Fats. Approximately 2,000 2,200 calories a day for most normal women.

That's just a basic breakdown of options.
